Tacos! @ 09:32

My initial plan was to make wraps after having seen a lot of people posting their wraps pictures on IG.
And to be honest, before I made these tacos, I never had wraps or tacos before. Therefore, I didn't really know what's the difference between them.
As they say "When in doubt, ask Google" and so I did.
HOWEVER different web says different stuffs! Some said that tacos are just smaller versions of wraps, which was also why I ended up buying taco shells.
Oh well. At least now I know the difference between them now.

Anyway, back to my tacos.
Even though I didn't get to make wraps, these tacos were still so yummy with the ingredients I initially wanted to wrap in my wraps.

First version was button mushrooms with fat juicy prawns and lettuce together with my self-mixed wasabi-mayo.

Steps:
  1. Wash desired amount of lettuce you want
  2. Cook your prawns in boiling water or you can steam it and put aside letting it cool
  3. Sauteed your button mushrooms and put aside letting it cool
  4. Squeeze a little bit of wasabi paste into a small bowl and add in mayo [I used low-fat mayo] until desired taste
  5. Mix the wasabi-mayo with your cooked prawns and mushrooms and chill it in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  6. Prepare your taco shell according to package when you're ready to eat
  7. Add lettuce between your taco and place chilled prawns and mushrooms coated with wasabi-mayo in between
  8. Serve and enjoy!

As you can see, my ingredients are overflowing! Haha.
I actually made quite a mess while eating it. :\

Second version; more suited for lazy people? Haha.
Just lettuce, sliced tomatoes and tuna chunks.
