Summer calls for a swim @ 03:30  Oh Hi! Super love the weather last week where the temperature actually went up to 28 degrees! I can't believe I'm saying this but I miss the feeling of feeling I'm gonna have a heat stroke anytime soon. Haha. But that was last week because the temperature dropped again and it had been raining these few days.. Anyway, due to the lovely weather last week, I suggested to go for a swim when I went to visit my Dad last week! So we went to Bonte Wever again.  Prefer the one at Jurong East in Singapore though. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers. We used to go to another Bonte Wever when my brother and I were much younger and it was so much bigger and better than this one but I was told by my Dad that the place burned down a few years back. ): Actually I wasn't sure if photos are allowed and I went back inside to take these photos after the shower. Haha.  This was one of the section I love over there! Other than the queue that is or I would have gone for a lot more times.. Massage in bath tub with special ointments. The water would be drained and a new tub of water would be refilled after one guest of course, which also explains the waiting time.. But it feels so good.. Another facility I like over there is the sauna rooms! Of course I couldn't went inside to take photos of the rooms so I guess we'll just have to make do with the outside of the rooms ya.  Like others, they have the "wet" and "dry" sauna. I usually really like the "wet" sauna but theirs is not hot at all. Their sauna rooms are also very small.. Oh! They also have this artificial tanning thingy.  I am never ever ever ever gonna try it. I SWEAR! Must be because of Final Destination. Hahaha. I prefer to stay fair anyway.. Next is the outdoor swimming pool where you can swim outside to the open air.  The other time I went the weather was still too cold so I didn't stayed outside for too long but this time round I stayed outside for quite some time. (: The slide which I shamelessly queued with the other kids. Hahaha.  Last but not least..the artificial "wave"~  Ok. That's all for now! |
